Featured Artist)
This particular artist is Carr Clifton. I am a fan of Carr’s often rustic, rugged art. This photo is beautiful and it caught my eye as a photo taken in Spring.

Color Theory Notes)
- Primary Colors – Red, Yellow, and Blue. These are the base colors for every other color on the color wheel.
- Secondary Colors – Orange, Green, and Purple. These are the 3 colors you get when you mix the primary colors.
- Tertiary Colors: These are in-between colors like Yellow-Green, Red-Violet. They’re made by mixing one primary color and one secondary color.
- Complementary Colors: Red and Green, Blue and Orange, Purple and Yellow. These are colors directly across from each other on the color wheel. They don’t always complement each other, but they always provide contrast.
- Analogous Colors: Red and Orange, Blue and Green, etc. These are colors right next to each other on the color wheel. They usually match well and create little to no contrast.
