This photo really stood out to me, this year I’d love to learn how to photograph a sunset/sunrise. The way the sun is beautifully glaring, but it isn’t blinding. The angle, and the exposure. All of which have created a beautiful photo.

This was the second picture that really stood out to me. It was actually the first of the bunch that I saw. Firstly, how?! The way the lighting perfectly compliments the colors of the flowers. It looks like it was almost taken underwater because of the glare of the window, as it appears to be. Also, the placement of the objects, they are not the subject, but there is just enough attention on them to notice. Additionally, they nicely complement the subject.
3) My Question
How rewarding is photography in comparison to the difficulty? I know that all art forms are extremely hard to learn and master. So I wonder the same with photography, I’m excited to get into it and learn. But compared to the hours you put in, would you say that the result is rewarding? Thank you 🙂
Thank you for reacting to my work so thoughtfully. A few of you chose the Hydrangea pic which makes me happy for I LOVE hydrangea flowers and photograph them often and I quite like this still life in blue a few years later and usually years later I do not like my old work as much as when I created it – a lot of artists are this way.
